Training Overview

We will prepare your implementation staff prior to converting to PremiumBill with the necessary information about the system to help you understand how your business requirements and rules can be configured.

Mentoring and Customized Training Classes

On-site mentoring sessions and full training classes are customized to meet your needs. Our trainers will work with your staff to develop a customized curriculum based on your objectives and goals. We can work with your departments to assess workflows and procedures as well. AMS Services will help you understand how to use your PremiumBill system efficiently to better manage your business and provide better customer service to your clients.

Follow-Up Training

Following your training, an AMS Services trainer will be available to your staff to answer questions and help streamline procedures.

Standard Course Descriptions

Along with offering customized training, Vertafore provides standard training classes in our Portland, Maine office with the objective that participants will understand how PremiumBill supports their line of business and the tool sets available to configure business rules. These classes are very hands-on oriented.
